Our take: A deep cut on Bose’s mainstream noise cancelling headphones, which carry a strong rating across more than 20,000 reviews.
Worth it, eh? Yes, it is a strong deal for commuters, travellers and open-office workers.

The Bose QuietComfort Headphones are wireless over-ear headphones built around Bose’s active noise cancellation. They combine that with passive isolation from the plush ear cushions, so engine hum, office chatter and street noise fade into the background.
There are two listening modes: Quiet Mode for full noise cancelling and Aware Mode when you need to hear what is going on around you. Adjustable EQ in the Bose app lets you tune the sound, there is a built-in mic for calls, and Bose rates the battery for up to 24 hours on a charge over USB-C. A padded headband keeps them comfortable for long flights or full workdays.
They suit frequent flyers, transit commuters and anyone who works in a noisy space. If you want the very latest flagship features, Bose’s Ultra line goes further, but most people will be very happy here.
