Our take: A strong limited-time deal on an easy plug-in camera that can swivel to cover a whole room.
Worth it, eh? Yes, for keeping an eye on pets or the house while you are out, as long as you are fine with an optional subscription for cloud clips.

The Blink Mini Pan-Tilt is a plug-in indoor camera that you can pan left and right and tilt up and down from the Blink app, so one camera can see a whole room corner to corner. It records in HD during the day and uses infrared night view after dark.
You get real-time motion alerts on your phone, plus two-way audio so you can hear and talk to people or pets through the app. Clips can be saved to the cloud with a 30-day free trial of the Blink Subscription Plan, or stored locally with a Sync Module 2 and USB drive, both sold separately. It also works with compatible Alexa devices, and setup takes a few minutes: plug it in, connect to Wi-Fi and follow the app.
It suits renters and anyone who wants simple indoor coverage without drilling or wiring, and it is a handy way to check on a dog or cat during the workday.
